Labradoodles do require a moderate amount of exercise.
In general, a daily walk is a sufficient amount of exercise, however a standard size labradoodle will requires more exercise and room to run around than a miniature labradoodle. Keep this in mind if you are living in an enclosed space such as an apartment or in a dwelling that does not have a big back yard.
In answer to the question, "Do labradoodles like water?". YES, YES,YES.
Most labradoodles love the water. They will seize any opportunity to splash in puddles, swim in dams or lounge in pools of water. The exception to this love of water, is possibly bath time.

Labradoodles are very intelligent. This is both a positive and a negative trait. Labradoodles are quick to learn but can learn bad habits as easily as they can learn good habits. We strongly recommend families enroll in dog training classes from a young age.The other aspect of intelligence is that your labradoodle can become easily bored if he is not stimulated. Labradoodles thrive as part of the hustle and bustle of family life. They require companionship and a time commitment from their humans. Digging, chewing, jumping and barking are a few problem behaviours that can emerge, if labradoodles are bored or lonely.

SOCIALISING WITH OTHER ANIMALS? |
Our families report that if the labradoodle and another furry or feathered pet [rabbit; guinea pig; cat; chook; parrot] grow up together in the same house it is rarely an issue. Marco the labradoodle found the above cat, as a stray kitten, under a bush where it had been dumped. He bought it home and the two have become inseparable. The cat is aptly name " Polo".

Burrinjuck Labradoodles do not breed any first generation labradoodles. A first generation labradoodle is a labrador crossed with a poodle. We breed both early-generation labradoodles (labradoodles crossed with labradoodles going back one or two generations) and multi-generation labradoodles (labradoodle lines that go back four, five, six or more generations). We also breed Australian Foundation labradoodles. These labradoodles have a slight infusion of spoodle .
If you have been researching the labradoodle, you may have noticed some codes used when breeders describe their labradoodles. . Early generation labradoodles are sometimes referred to as LO1 or LO2 labradoodles. Generally a labradoodle that goes back four generations is referred to as a Multigen labradoodle (LO4 or higher). Australian Foundation Labradoodles are shown with titles such as ALF1, ALF2 or ALF3.
